Eftersom det ikke har v\u00e6ret muligt at frems\u00f8ge et valideret sp\u00f8rgeskema med dette fokus, har arbejdsgruppen udarbejdet sit eget sp\u00f8rgeskema og valideret dette gennem en pilottestning over en periode p\u00e5 fire uger. Der er udviklet et s\u00e6rskilt sp\u00f8rgeskema til for\u00e6ldrene og personalet, hvor bl.a. b\u00f8rnenes smertescore vurderes via FLACC, samt hvorvidt for\u00e6ldrene fastholdt barnet imod barnets vilje. Desuden unders\u00f8ges det om for\u00e6ldrene oplever at barnet bliver forberedt tilstr\u00e6kkeligt, samt hvorvidt der anvendes hj\u00e6lpemidler, som fx s\u00e6bebobler, VR-briller, sang etc.<\/p>\n<p>Der indsamles besvarelser fra 60 pr\u00f8vetagninger, hvorefter arbejdsgruppen vil implementere en r\u00e6kke tiltag, som har til form\u00e5l at forbedre arbejdsgangen og oplevelsen for b\u00f8rnene. Herefter vil der blive indsamlet 60 besvarelser p\u00e5 ny, for at sammenligne resultaterne med baseline.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00e5 nuv\u00e6rende tidspunkt ved vi, at en stor del af de indlagte b\u00f8rn p\u00e5 afdelingen har kognitive vanskeligheder og\/eller n\u00e5lefobi. Det stiller h\u00f8je krav til sygeplejersken, som m\u00e5 medt\u00e6nke leg og afledningsteknikker under proceduren for at g\u00f8re dette til en tryg oplevelse. Vi ved ogs\u00e5, at for\u00e6ldre kan v\u00e6re tilb\u00f8jelige til at fastholde barnet imod sin vilje, for at gennemf\u00f8re pr\u00f8vetagningen.
