Tidligere unders\u00f8gelser har vist en stigning i psykiske lidelser, inklusive spiseforstyrrelser, under pandemien, men det er uklart, om denne stigning fortsatte efter pandemien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiet er en populationsbaseret analyse baseret p\u00e5 data fra danske sundhedsregistre. Alle danske individer i alderen 6-24 \u00e5r fra januar 2015 til december 2023 blev inkluderet. Vi beskriver forekomsten af nye tilf\u00e6lde af spiseforstyrrelser i tre perioder: f\u00f8r, under og efter pandemien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiepopulationen omfattede i gennemsnit 1.310.542 individer. I alt 11.693 personer blev diagnosticeret med en spiseforstyrrelse, med en medianalder p\u00e5 17 \u00e5r. Incidensen steg markant under pandemien med 29%, men vendte tilbage til normale niveauer efter pandemien (relativ risiko 1,07). Specielt aldersgruppen 20-24 \u00e5r viste en vedvarende stigning i incidensraten efter pandemien. B\u00f8rn fra 6-12 \u00e5r viste ingen stigning hverken under eller efter pandemien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultaterne viser en midlertidig stigning i diagnosticerede spiseforstyrrelser under pandemien, hvilket er i overensstemmelse med internationale fund. Den vedvarende stigning blandt de 20-24-\u00e5rige kan indikere forsinket diagnosticering eller s\u00e6rlige udfordringer for denne gruppe under pandemien.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Incidensen af spiseforstyrrelser blandt danske unge steg under COVID-19 pandemien, men vendte herefter tilbage til niveauerne f\u00f8r pandemien i de fleste aldersgrupper. Dette tyder p\u00e5, at pandemiens effekt p\u00e5 spiseforstyrrelser var betydelig, men midlertidig.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultaterne fremh\u00e6ver behovet for at prioritere mental sundhed hos unge i fremtidige krisesituationer, is\u00e6r i perioder med social isolation og \u00e6ndrede daglige rutiner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Heidi Sonne, BSc.
