Bogen pr\u00e6senterer kollegial feedback p\u00e5 en praksisn\u00e6r og engagerende m\u00e5de, og understreger dens betydning for et velfungerende arbejdsmilj\u00f8.<\/p>\n<p>Bogen er opbygget i tre dele:<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8rste del fokuserer p\u00e5, hvordan man giver hj\u00e6lpsom feedback. Vi guides igennem de syv \u201dfeedback-f\u00e6lder\u201d og tre pejlem\u00e6rker, der hj\u00e6lper os med at navigere mellem fakta, fortolkninger og f\u00f8lelser. Her understreges det, at feedback ikke kun handler om, hvad der siges, men ogs\u00e5 intentionen bag og ikke mindst hvem der siger det, hvordan, hvorn\u00e5r og i hvilken kontekst det formidles. Nyttig er Kents opsummering af de fem vigtigste skridt til at give hj\u00e6lpsom feedback.<\/p>\n<p>Anden del handler om at modtage feedback. Her fremg\u00e5r det, at ogs\u00e5 modtageren har et handlerum. Vi pr\u00e6senteres for tankef\u00e6lder, der kan forhindre, at feedback modtages og bruges konstruktivt. Perspektivet er vigtigt for at bidrage til, at vi betragter feedback som en gave, der indeholder l\u00e6ring og kan styrke samarbejdet, fremfor at betragte det som en kritik, vi hurtigt afviser.<\/p>\n<p>I tredje del introduceres otte konkrete metoder til at tr\u00e6ne kollegial feedback i teams. Jeg savner dog flere metoder til individuel feedback, is\u00e6r da Kent l\u00f8bende har fremh\u00e6vet vigtigheden af, at korrigerende feedback gives \u201dunder fire \u00f8jne\u201d for at fremme, at denne \u201dgave\u201d \u00e5bnes og skaber l\u00e6ring. Til geng\u00e6ld er bogens afsluttende r\u00e5d yderst brugbare og inspirerer til at give mere anerkende feedback til flere kolleger.<\/p>\n<p>Bogen er teoretisk funderet, men jeg ville foretr\u00e6kke, at de teoretiske inspirationskilder var integreret undervejs, fremfor blot oplistet til sidst. Selvom budskaberne ikke er revolutionerende, vil jeg anbefale bogen til dem, der \u00f8nsker at implementere kollegial feedback. Is\u00e6r ledende sygeplejersker og n\u00f8glepersoner, der \u00f8nsker at fremme en l\u00e6ringsorienteret arbejdskultur, vil finde bogen yderst relevant. Bogens styrke er dens mange praksisn\u00e6re eksempler, cases og konkrete r\u00e5d til, hvordan man b\u00e5de giver og modtager feedback. Bogen er letl\u00e6st og fungerer n\u00e6rmest som en guide, der inspirerer til at give og modtage feedback med fornyet mod og forst\u00e5else.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Af
