Incidensen af funktionsneds\u00e6ttelse og sygelighed for\u00e5rsaget af diabetes er steget signifikant i de seneste \u00e5rtier. Fysisk aktivitet spiller en central rolle i h\u00e5ndteringen af diabetes, ikke kun for at forebygge l\u00e6ngerevarende komplikationer og tidlig d\u00f8d, men ogs\u00e5 for at \u00f8ge velv\u00e6re og helbred. Selvom der eksisterer st\u00e6rke og klare anbefalinger for at behandle og forebygge diabetes, er det fortsat en udfordring for denne population at v\u00e6re fysisk aktive. For at forst\u00e5 hvorfor det kan v\u00e6re en udfordring for personer med diabetes at v\u00e6re regelm\u00e6ssigt aktive, er det vigtigt at unders\u00f8ge fysisk aktivitet fra forskellige perspektiver.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><br \/>\nDet overordnede form\u00e5l for afhandlingen var derfor at beskrive faktorer og m\u00f8nstre for fysisk aktivitet blandt danskere med diabetes, samt at evaluere gennemf\u00f8rligheden af en tr\u00e6ningsintervention med henblik p\u00e5 at \u00f8ge og vedligeholde aktivitetsvaner blandt personer med type 2 diabetes.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><br \/>\nMetode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Afhandlingen best\u00e5r af fire artikler, hvoraf tre af dem er tv\u00e6rsnitsstudier.<br \/>\nArtikel 1 er baseret p\u00e5 data fra Den Nationale Sundhedsprofil fra 2017.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Artikel 2 og 3 er baseret p\u00e5 data fra den danske, husstandsbaserede, <\/span><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Blandet land-provins befolkningsunders\u00f8gelse<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Lolland-Falster Unders\u00f8gelsen<\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"><em> fra 2016-2020<\/em>.<br \/>\nArtikel 4 er et en-armet feasibility studie, hvor interventionen blev udviklet via en f\u00e6llesskabende tilgang i samarbejde med Diabetesforeningen og borgere med type 2 diabetes. Interventionen, der blev evalueret i studiet, bestod af 30 minutters online fysisk tr\u00e6ning efterfulgt af 30 minutters gruppem\u00f8der, kombineret med et Garmin aktivitetsur som et st\u00f8tteredskab til en aktiv hverdag.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Fundene fra artikel 1-3 viste, at en stor andel af personer med diabetes er utilstr\u00e6kkeligt fysisk aktive i forhold til anbefalingerne, og generelt har flere et lavt aktivitetsniveau i b\u00e5de hverdage og weekender og store m\u00e6ngder af dagen bliver brugt stillesiddende.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Ligeledes viste artikel 1-3, at blandt personer med diabetes var der en sammenh\u00e6ng med et lavere aktivitetsniveau, hvis man samtidig havde enten h\u00f8jt BMI, flere komorbiditeter, h\u00f8jere stressniveau eller lavere livskvalitet. Derudover fandt vi, at h\u00f8jere trivsel bidrog til lavere total daglig stillesiddende tid.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Fundene fra artikel 4 viste, at det var gennemf\u00f8rbart at kombinere online fysisk tr\u00e6ning med online gruppem\u00f8der og dermed skabe et online tr\u00e6ningsf\u00e6llesskab. Dette understreger behovet for individuelt tilpassede interventioner, som anerkender disse udfordringer for at \u00f8ge deltagelse i fysisk aktivitet. S\u00e5ledes kan en intervention, der kombinerer online tr\u00e6ning og gruppesessioner v\u00e6re en mulig m\u00e5de at im\u00f8dekomme nogle af disse faktorer og andre barrierer for deltagelse i fysisk aktivitet.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">For klinisk praksis bidrager afhandlingen overordnet med nye perspektiver p\u00e5 fysisk aktivitetsadf\u00e6rd blandt personer med diabetes. Fundene viser f\u00f8rst og fremmest, at det er vigtigt at adressere b\u00e5de fysisk aktivitet og stillesiddende adf\u00e6rd blandt denne population, men samtidig have for \u00f8je, at dette er komplekse adf\u00e6rd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Ligeledes viser afhandlingen, at der er nogle subgrupper af personer med diabetes, som ser ud til at v\u00e6re s\u00e6rligt udfordrede, n\u00e5r det kommer til at v\u00e6re fysisk aktive.
