Vejleder: Ida Elisabeth H\u00f8jskov<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resum\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Introduktion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5let med projektet er at unders\u00f8ge, hvordan den unge patient med multiple sklerose, som bliver behandlet i et skleroseambulatorie, oplever sygeplejerskens rolle i forbindelse med at give psykosocial st\u00f8tte til mestring af sygdommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Unders\u00f8gelsen tager udgangspunkt i patientperspektivet, og data bliver indsamlet via tre kvalitative interviews. Analysens tilgang er hermeneutisk, og rammerne for det kvalitative interview er lavet ud fra S. Kvale og S. Brinkmanns tilgang til interviewunders\u00f8gelser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Efter analyse af data fremstod to overordnede temaer: Relationen til sygeplejersken og Mestring af sygdommen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Analysens hovedkonklusioner er, at det er afg\u00f8rende, at sygeplejersken i ambulatoriet form\u00e5r at etablere en god relation til den unge patient for at lykkes med at hj\u00e6lpe patienten med psykosocial st\u00f8tte til mestring af sygdommen. Informanterne udtrykker et \u00f8nske om, at sygeplejersken deltager p\u00e5 diagnosetidspunktet sammen med l\u00e6gen for at hj\u00e6lpe dem og for\u00e6ldrene psykosocialt i situationen. Tutor Ida Elisabeth H\u00f8jskov<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Abstract<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The purpose of this project is to investigate how the young patient with multiple sclerosis, being treated in a sclerosis outpatient clinic, experiences the role of the nurse in connection with providing psychosocial support in order to cope with the disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The study focuses on the patient perspective, and data is collected via three qualitative interviews. Analysis is based on a hermeneutic approach and the framework for the qualitative interview is based on S. Kvale and S. Brinkmann&#8217;s approach to interview studies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">After analyzing the data, two overall themes emerged: The relationship with the nurse and Coping with the disease. The analysis\u2019 main conclusions are that it is crucial that the nurse in the outpatient clinic manages to establish a good relationship with the young patient in order to succeed in helping the patient with psychosocial support to cope with the disease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The informants express a desire for the nurse to participate at the time of diagnosis together with the doctor in order to help them and the parents psychosocially in the situation. Finally, the informants express a wish that the nurse should be proactive in inviting the young people to participate in network groups with people in the same situation, as this helps to strengthen
