Det er den oplevelse mange ledere st\u00e5r med. Dette kan betyde at ledelsesopgaven\u2013 ogs\u00e5 selvom den er sp\u00e6ndende, udviklende og engagerende \u2013 er ledsaget at mange f\u00f8lelser, som lederen st\u00e5r med selv. Ledere er ikke altid gode til at dele og arbejde sammen om b\u00e5de ledelsesopgaven og de f\u00f8lelser, der er forbundet hermed.<\/p>\n<p>Bogen er skr\u00e6mmende l\u00e6sning. De mange unders\u00f8gelser af hvordan ledere oplever at v\u00e6re ledere og ikke trives, st\u00e5r i k\u00f8. P\u00e5 den m\u00e5de er bogen det vi mangler for at kunne f\u00e5 et sprog for ledernes arbejdsmilj\u00f8. En af bogens pointer er at ledere har behov for st\u00e6rkere f\u00e6llesskaber. Dette sker i gode, samskabende relationer, som vi ved har en stor effekt p\u00e5 trivsel for alle mennesker.<\/p>\n<p>Hvorfor skal vi interessere os for lederes trivsel? Det skal vi fordi hvis ikke lederen trives, s\u00e5 er det umuligt at skabe gode muligheder for trivsel for andre- og dermed er organisationernes mission om at lykkes med at l\u00f8se samfundets udfordringer ikke til at komme i m\u00e5l med.<\/p>\n<p>Bogens 9 kapitler er bygget op p\u00e5 baggrund af b\u00e5de forskning og sm\u00e5 eksempler p\u00e5 mistrivsel for en leder. Hvert kapitel afsluttes med refleksionssp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, som adresserer fem dele af den samlede indsats for at en organisation skal lykkes med ledertrivsel, nemlig direktion, ledergruppe, HR, medarbejdere og lederens eget perspektiv. Dette er en befrielse at l\u00e6se fordi mange ledelsesb\u00f8ger typisk isolerer et perspektiv p\u00e5 ledelse, men glemmer at zoome ud s\u00e5 kompleksiteten i ledelse indfanges.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg er som l\u00e6ser s\u00e6rligt begejstret for kapitlet \u201dLedere i mistrivsel\u201d, fordi forfatterne her er meget tydelige om, hvad der skal til fra organisationens side for at \u00e6ndre mistrivsel. P\u00e5 organisatorisk niveau er konkrete handlinger som st\u00f8tte fra egen leder, f\u00e6lles prioriteringer, daglige tjek-in m\u00f8der, supervision og coaching, samt debriefing essentielle for at lykkes med at vende mistrivsel til trivsel.<\/p>\n<p>Du skal l\u00e6se bogen hvis du er leder \u2013 men ogs\u00e5 hvis du er medarbejder og dybest set ikke forst\u00e5r din ledelse.
