Fundene viser b\u00e5de, at dokumentationskrav, begr\u00e6nsede ressourcer og manglende st\u00f8tte \u00f8ger risikoen for moralsk stress og kan udfordre kvaliteten af plejen, og at moralsk stress i en vis grad kan betragtes som et uundg\u00e5eligt vilk\u00e5r i overgangen til praksis. Analysen peger p\u00e5, at st\u00f8tte fra erfarne kolleger, introduktionsprogrammer og faglig refleksion kan reducere belastningen, hvilket rejser sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let om, hvor det individuelle professionsansvar for plejekvaliteten slutter, og hvor organisationens ansvar begynder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">H\u00f8j arbejdsbelastning, underbemanding samt manglende refleksion og faglig sparring begr\u00e6nser novicesygeplejerskernes mulighed for at yde patientcentreret sygepleje. Moralsk stress er dermed ikke kun et problem for den enkelte novicesygeplejerske, men et f\u00e6llesfagligt og strukturelt f\u00e6nomen med konsekvenser for sygeplejerskens trivsel og plejekvalitet. Documentation requirements, limited resources, and insufficient support increase the risk of moral stress and may challenge quality of care. At the same time, a certain degree of moral stress may be an inevitable condition in the transition to clinical practice. Support from experienced colleagues, structured introduction programmes, and opportunities for reflection appear to reduce the burden, raising questions about the boundary between individual professional responsibility and organisational accountability.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Conclusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">High workload, understaffing, and limited opportunities for reflection restrict novice nurses\u2019 ability to provide patient\u2011centred care. Moral stress is therefore not only an individual issue but a structural and professional concern with implications for nurse well\u2011being and quality of care.
