Nyere forskning dokumenterer en \u00f8get risiko for psykiske bivirkninger \u2013 s\u00e6rligt hos kvinder i alderen 15\u201319 \u00e5r. P\u00e5 trods af dette viser unders\u00f8gelser, at psykiske bivirkninger ikke systematisk bliver adresseret i praksis. Ba-projektet har unders\u00f8gt, hvordan sundhedsplejersker kan styrkes i arbejdet med at informere og vejlede unge kvinder om psykiske bivirkninger ved hormonpr\u00e6vention.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Projektet anvendte en kvalitativ, f\u00e6nomenologisk-hermeneutisk tilgang med semi-strukturerede interviews som dataindsamlingsmetode. Der blev gennemf\u00f8rt \u00e9t individuelt interview og \u00e9t f\u00e6llesinterview med i alt tre sundhedsplejersker i kommunale sundhedstilbud. Empirien er analyseret med Ricoeurs tre-trins model og fortolket gennem teorier om klinisk kompetenceudvikling (Benner), omsorg (Martinsen) og sundhedskompetence (Nutbeam).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Fundene viser tre centrale barrierer:<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">1.<\/span> <span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Manglende systematik<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">2. Manglende f\u00e6lles fagsprog<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">3. Uklare rammer for vejledning om psykiske bivirkninger ved hormonpr\u00e6vention.<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Sundhedsplejerskerne udviser faglig refleksion og et \u00f8nske om udvikling, men arbejder prim\u00e6rt ud fra individuel erfaring frem for en f\u00e6lles struktur. Unge kvinder kobler ikke altid psykiske symptomer til hormonpr\u00e6vention og giver sig selv skylden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Fundene afspejler et implementeringsgab mellem ny forskningsviden og klinisk praksis. Recent research documents an increased risk of psychological side effects &#8211; particularly among women aged 15\u201319. Despite this, studies show that psychological side effects are not systematically addressed in clinical practice. This project examines how public health nurses can be strengthened in their work of informing and counselling young women about the psychological side effects of hormonal contraception.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Methods<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">The project applies a qualitative, phenomenological-hermeneutical approach using semi-structured interviews as the method of data collection. One individual interview and one joint interview were conducted with a total of three public health nurses working in municipal health services. Data were analysed using Ricoeur\u2019s three-step model and interpreted through theories of clinical competence development (Benner), care theory (Martinsen) and health literacy (Nutbeam).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Results<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Findings identify three central barriers:<br \/>\n1. Lack of systematic approaches<br \/>\n2. Lack of shared professional language<br \/>\n3. Unclear frameworks for counselling about psychological side effects.<br \/>\nPublic health nurses demonstrate professional reflection and a desire for development, but rely primarily on individual experience rather than shared structure. Young women do not always connect psychological symptoms to hormonal contraception and tend to blame themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA block-font-kerning-normal block-font-feature-liga-off block-font-feature-clig-off block-font-feature-calt-off direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Discussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">The findings reflect an implementation gap between emerging research knowledge and clinical practice.
