P\u00e5 dansk kan begrebet overs\u00e6ttes til forandringsudmattelse og beskriver den tilstand, hvor medarbejdere bliver mentalt tr\u00e6tte af konstant at skulle tilpasse sig nye krav og rammer.<\/p>\n<p>Change Fatigue er ikke en sygdom og heller ikke en klassisk stressreaktion. Det er en form for mental udmattelse, der opst\u00e5r, n\u00e5r vi igen og igen skal tilpasse os nye strukturer, processer og arbejdsgange. Det kan v\u00e6re omorganiseringer, ny chef, nye kolleger, nye procedurer, nye IT-systemer, AI-l\u00f8sninger eller \u00e6ndrede m\u00e5ls\u00e6tninger. Forandringerne er ikke n\u00f8dvendigvis negative, og det handler ikke altid om, at vi er uenige eller oplever modstand i forhold til forandringerne. Udfordringen ligger derimod i at den vedvarende mangel p\u00e5 stabilitet skaber et pres, der over tid t\u00e6rer p\u00e5 vores mentale overskud.<\/p>\n<p>Konsekvensen? Vi bruger mere energi og er hele tiden lidt mere mentalt p\u00e5 arbejde, end vi n\u00f8dvendigvis er klar over. Vi bliver mere tr\u00e6tte, mister overblik, f\u00e5r sv\u00e6rere ved at koncentrere os, husker d\u00e5rligere og bliver mindre kreative.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssigt kan vi ogs\u00e5 komme p\u00e5 overarbejde, n\u00e5r vi skal forholde os til mange nye mennesker, bygge nye relationer og afl\u00e6se de sociale spil i forandrede rammer. Udmattelsen kommer ikke fra den ene dag til den anden, men oplevelsen af at v\u00e6re mindre skarp og f\u00f8le sig mindre kompetent kan sv\u00e6kke vores tro p\u00e5 egne evner. Over tid kan det f\u00f8re til faldende trivsel og lavere motivation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Men hvad kan man g\u00f8re ved det?
