Der mangler dog viden om, hvad der faktisk sker, n\u00e5r sundhedsprofessionelle l\u00e6ser og dr\u00f8fter litteratur. P\u00e5 lungekirurgisk sengeafsnit p\u00e5 Rigshospitalet har vi gennem flere \u00e5r haft en sk\u00f8nlitter\u00e6r J<em>ournal Club<\/em> og \u00f8nskede at unders\u00f8ge, hvordan sygeplejersker anvender litteraturen til at dr\u00f8fte deres kliniske praksis. Vi valgte p\u00e5r\u00f8rende som tema til dette studie af l\u00e6segruppen, da forskning viser, at de ofte oplever at blive overset i sundhedsv\u00e6senet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiet er kvalitativt. 15 sygeplejersker deltog i fire l\u00e6segruppesessioner som del af deres arbejde, hvor korte tekster om p\u00e5r\u00f8rende blev l\u00e6st og dr\u00f8ftet. To kliniske sygeplejespecialister fra afsnittet faciliterede sessionerne med inspiration fra narrativ medicin. Sessionerne varede ca. 40 minutter, blev lydoptaget, transkriberet og analyseret hermeneutisk inspireret af Gadamer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Tre hovedtemaer blev identificeret:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Bevidsthed om p\u00e5r\u00f8renderoller: Teksterne synliggjorde forskellige m\u00e5der at v\u00e6re p\u00e5r\u00f8rende p\u00e5 og blev afs\u00e6t for at udfordre normer og antagelser hos sygeplejerskerne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Perspektivskifte: L\u00e6sning fremmede evnen til at se situationer gennem p\u00e5r\u00f8rendes \u00f8jne, hvilket styrkede empati og kritisk refleksion over praksis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Anerkendelse af f\u00f8lelser: I l\u00e6segruppen blev der skabt et trygt rum til at itales\u00e6tte egne og kollegers emotionelle reaktioner og normaliserede medf\u00f8lelse og s\u00e5rbarhed i deres arbejde.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultaterne diskuteres med udgangspunkt i Rita Felskis begreb om recognition, som viser, hvordan litteraturen gav b\u00e5de indsigt i egen praksis og f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssig anerkendelse. Hannah Meretojas begreb om narrative agency illustrerer, hvordan sygeplejersker kan udvikle forestillingsevne og kompetencer til at reflektere over og udfordre normer i praksis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">F\u00e6lles l\u00e6sning af sk\u00f8nlitteratur kan styrke sygeplejerskers forst\u00e5else af p\u00e5r\u00f8rendes oplevelser, fremme perspektivskifte og legitimere, at sygeplejersker bliver emotionelt p\u00e5virket af klinisk arbejde.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">L\u00e6segrupper kan bruges som redskab til faglig refleksion og som afs\u00e6t for at dr\u00f8fte og udfordre normer i klinisk praksis.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Schoenau MN, Missel M, Synnes O.
