Det er vigtigt at afd\u00e6kke perspektiver fra b\u00e5de sundhedsprofessionelle og patienter med henblik p\u00e5 at forbedre pr\u00e6misserne for udbredelse og implementering af en intervention. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I Psykiatrien i Region Nordjylland arbejdes der kontinuerligt med implementering af den personcentrede og sygeplejefaglige metode Guidet Egen-Beslutning (GEB). Senest i et gruppeformat best\u00e5ende af to elementer; to sessioner med Opdagelsesgruppe fra The Tidal Model og ti sessioner af GEB. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5let med denne artikel var at evaluere gruppeinterventionen ud fra implementeringsfaktorerne \u201dadoption\u201d, \u201cacceptability\u201d og \u201cappropriateness\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Et kvalitativt interviewdesign blev anvendt. Der blev rekrutteret fire sygeplejersker med erfaring med individuelle GEB forl\u00f8b til at facilitere gruppeforl\u00f8bet. Ligeledes blev der til interventionen rekrutteret 24 deltagere med psykisk sygdom, der p\u00e5 det givne tidspunkt var i et ambulant psykiatrisk forl\u00f8b. Data blev indsamlet via tre individuelle interviews og \u00e9t gruppeinterview med facilitatorer samt 16 individuelle interviews med deltagerne. Data blev analyseret gennem indholdsanalyse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Gruppeinterventionen blev set som anvendelig og meningsfuld at udf\u00f8re for facilitatorerne og at modtage for deltagerne. Der blev identificeret tre kategorier gennem analysen; (1) anvendelse af gruppeinterventionen i klinisk praksis, (2) at balancere facilitatorrollen og (3) etablere og opretholde en tryg relation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion og implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Facilitatorer og de fleste deltagere fandt formen og strukturen af gruppeinterventionen anvendelig og meningsfuld. Opdagelseskort og reflektionsarkene sammen med peer-to-peer-interaktioner skabte en sikker ramme. Nogle deltagere faldt fra, da de ikke f\u00f8lte sig trygge i en gruppesituation. Facilitering af en gruppe kr\u00e6ver passende f\u00e6rdigheder og kvalifikationer hos facilitatorerne.
