Det g\u00e6lder b\u00e5de i l\u00e6gens konsultation, i erhvervslivets top og i samfundets \u00f8vrige magtinstitutioner \u2013 uanset hvor ofte vi h\u00e6vder det modsatte.&nbsp;Kvinder er i dag i overtal p\u00e5 universiteterne. N\u00e5r det alligevel ikke afspejler sig i erhvervslivets top, blandt h\u00f8jesteretsdommere og i andre centrale magtpositioner, kan forklaringen ikke v\u00e6re, at m\u00e6nd generelt er mere kompetente.&nbsp;Derfor m\u00e5 vi erkende, at vores vurdering af kompetencer i for h\u00f8j grad hviler p\u00e5 kulturelle forestillinger og fordomme fremfor p\u00e5 fakta.&nbsp;S\u00e5 l\u00e6nge vi ikke anerkender, at trov\u00e6rdighed, autoritet og kompetence vurderes gennem k\u00f8nnede briller, vil k\u00f8n fortsat fungere som en skjult kvalifikation, der i mange sammenh\u00e6nge giver m\u00e6nd et forspring. Det skriver&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/anne-mette-barfod.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Anne-Mette Barfod, cand.polit og journalist,<\/a>&nbsp;stifter af Powerkvinderne og partner i&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/genderwise.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Genderwise<\/a>.
