Projektet blev gennemf\u00f8rt p\u00e5 Dagkirurgisk Afdeling, Aarhus Universitetshospital.\u200b Projektet sammenlignede brug af Infusomat med Injectomat i dagkirurgi med fokus p\u00e5 b\u00e6redygtighed, \u00f8konomi og arbejdsmilj\u00f8 for an\u00e6stesisygeplejersker.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5l<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiets form\u00e5let var at sammenligne to an\u00e6stesiprocedurer (Injectomat vs. Infusomat) med fokus p\u00e5 ergonomi for an\u00e6stesisygeplejersker, forbrug og pris p\u00e5 engangsudstyr samt CO2\u2011udledning.<\/span> <span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I standardproceduren (Injectomat) tr\u00e6kkes propofol og remifentanil op i 60 ml spr\u00f8jter, mens Infusomat-proceduren anvender medicin direkte fra flasker via drop-s\u00e6t, uden gentagne optr\u00e6k.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Der blev gennemf\u00f8rt et prospektivt mixed-methods studie over 16 uger, opdelt i to 8-ugers perioder, hvor an\u00e6stesisygeplejerskerne f\u00f8rst brugte Injectomat og derefter Infusomat. I begge perioder registrerede sygeplejerskerne dagligt utensilforbrug, udfyldte DASH-sp\u00f8rgeskemaer tre gange pr. periode, og der blev gennemf\u00f8rt semistrukturerede interviews. CO\u2082-belastning blev beregnet via Life Cycle Assessment for alle utensilier.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">22 an\u00e6stesisygeplejersker deltog i studiet. 11 an\u00e6stesisygeplejersker deltog i fokusgruppeinterview efter perioden med injectomat, og 5 an\u00e6stesisygejersker deltog i interviewet efter perioden med infusomat. Der blev registreret data i 345 dage med Injectomat og 339 dage med Infusomat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Skiftet til Infusomat reducerede det gennemsnitlige utensilforbrug med 41,6%, gav en \u00f8konomisk besparelse p\u00e5 13,6% og s\u00e6nkede CO\u2082-udledningen med 33,42% pr. dag. DASH-scoren, som afspejler belastning af arme, skuldre og h\u00e6nder, blev reduceret med 25,97% ved f\u00f8rste m\u00e5ling, 12,8% ved anden og 25% ved tredje m\u00e5ling i Infusomat-perioden. I interviewene med an\u00e6stesisygeplejerskerne blev der beskrevet f\u00e6rre smerter og belastning i h\u00e6nder og fingre, trods lidt l\u00e6ngere tidsforbrug.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Brugen af Infusomat i stedet for Injectomat i dagkirurgisk an\u00e6stesi forbedrede an\u00e6stesisygeplejerskernes arbejdsmilj\u00f8 ved at reducere fysisk belastning p\u00e5 h\u00e6nder og fingre og samtidig mindske CO\u2082-udledning og utensilforbrug, hvilket samlet giver en \u00f8konomisk besparelse. Resultaterne peger p\u00e5, at Infusomat-proceduren er et mere b\u00e6redygtigt og ergonomisk fordelagtigt alternativ i dagkirurgisk regi, med potentiale for overf\u00f8rbarhed til andre operationsmilj\u00f8er.\u200b<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Viktoria R.
