Marte Meo Supervisor<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dorthe Birkmose g\u00e5r lige til st\u00e5let i <em>Moralsk stress \u2013 n\u00e5r vilk\u00e5rene er problemet<\/em>. Allerede i prologen stiller hun l\u00e6seren to enkle yderst konkrete sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l:<br \/>\n<em>\u201cHvad er det bedste ved dit arbejde?\u201d<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u201cHvad er det v\u00e6rste?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Med de sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l er bogens pr\u00e6mis sat. Dorthe Birkmose l\u00e6gger ikke op til passiv refleksion, men til aktiv stillingtagen. Hun skriver, fordi noget er galt og fordi vi ikke l\u00e6ngere kan lade v\u00e6re med at se det.<\/p>\n<p>Dorthe Birkmose gennemg\u00e5r en r\u00e6kke vidnesbyrds, som de fleste omsorgsprofessionelle vil kunne nikke genkendende til. Det er mennesker, der p\u00e5 forskelligvis er slidte, ikke af arbejdet i sig selv, men af det, de forhindres i at g\u00f8re. Procedurer, krav og styringslogikker sp\u00e6nder ben for faglig forsvarlig omsorg, hver eneste dag. Hun afmonterer samtidig det velkendte \u201cskyldspil\u201d, som mange af os godt kan komme til at ty til. Men hun erkl\u00e6rer befriende klart og fagligt velargumenteret:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201dDer er ingen er fjender. Der er kun f\u00e6lles problemer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Midt i bogen vender hun tilbage til mestringsstrategier, kendt fra hendes tidligere b\u00f8ger og podcasts. &#8216;<em>Quiet quitting&#8217;<\/em>, skyggearbejde, pseudoarbejde, medarbejder- og lederflugt, selvcensur, passiv resignation og forr\u00e5et robusthed. Strategier, der giver kortvarig overlevelse, men aldrig l\u00f8ser vilk\u00e5rene. Og netop her s\u00e6tter Birkmose en central pointe ind:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDer findes ingen individuelle l\u00f8sninger p\u00e5 organisatoriske problemer. Organisatoriske problemer skal l\u00f8ses organisatorisk.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dermed afmonteres hele id\u00e9en om, at robusthedskurser og individuelle mestringsstrategier er vejen frem. Bogen g\u00f8r det n\u00e6rmest umuligt at forts\u00e6tte med at individualisere et strukturelt problem. Herefter tager Dorthe Birkmose fat i l\u00e6seren igen: Vi kan faktisk g\u00f8re noget. Men det skal g\u00f8res sammen og det starter med at kritisere de vilk\u00e5r, der st\u00e5r i vejen for ordentligt velf\u00e6rdsarbejde.<\/p>\n<p>Her folder hun en r\u00e6kke l\u00f8sninger ud. Morten M\u00fcnsters begreb <em>organisatorisk slack<\/em> bruges til at argumentere for, at planl\u00e6gning b\u00f8r ligge p\u00e5 maks. 70 % belastning. De sidste 30 % er foruds\u00e6tningen for at kunne h\u00e5ndtere det uforudsete, der er grundvilk\u00e5r i alt omsorgsarbejde.<\/p>\n<p>I afsnittet om mikro\u00f8jeblikke vender Dorthe Birkmose tilbage til bogens f\u00f8rste sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om <em>det bedste ved arbejdet<\/em>. For det bedste, for de fleste velf\u00e6rdsprofessionelle, er netop disse sm\u00e5 \u00f8jeblikke, hvor man m\u00e6rker, at man g\u00f8r en forskel. Det er dem, der giver arbejdet mening, ogs\u00e5 n\u00e5r vilk\u00e5rene er sv\u00e6re.<\/p>\n<p>Men mikro\u00f8jeblikke kr\u00e6ver ro, r\u00e5derum og et tempo, der giver plads til resonans og mentalisering. N\u00e5r hastigheden bliver for h\u00f8j, forsvinder b\u00e5de \u00f8jeblikkene og oplevelsen af faglig mening.<\/p>\n<p>Bogen slutter, som den begynder, med en opfordring, der ikke kan ignoreres. Birkmose kalder p\u00e5 en moralsk bev\u00e6gelse, hvor vi retter ryggen, bruger vores stemmer og n\u00e6gter at normalisere udpint velf\u00e6rd.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cUdpint velf\u00e6rd er ikke en naturlov i et rigt land. Vi ved bedre og vi kan g\u00f8re det bedre.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Moralsk stress \u2013 n\u00e5r vilk\u00e5rene er problemet<\/em> er en kort, let l\u00e6selig og s\u00e6rdeles aktuel bog. Den er pr\u00e6cis formuleret, konsekvent i sin argumentation og sv\u00e6r at l\u00e6gge fra sig uden at f\u00f8le et ansvar for at handle.<\/p>\n<p>Det er en bog, som alle velf\u00e6rdsprofessionelle, ledere og politikere b\u00f8r l\u00e6se.<br \/>\nOg ikke bare l\u00e6se, men handle p\u00e5.
