Med afs\u00e6t i etnografisk feltarbejde og inspireret af Thomas Fuchs\u2019 begreb Eigenzeit konceptualiseres begrebet <\/span><em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\">own-time spaces<\/span><\/em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> &#8211; personlige, rytmiske og meningsfulde rum, hvor ADHD symptomer tr\u00e6der i baggrunden. Eksempler som en lastbil, en stald eller en lejlighed viser hvordan rum, rytme og kreativ billedt\u00e6nkning samvirker og skaber mulighed for agentisk tidsarbejde og trivsel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Studiet bygger p\u00e5 to \u00e5rs etnografisk feltarbejde (2020\u20132021) med deltagerobservation og semistrukturerede interviews i otte danske familier, suppleret af 21 online-interviews under COVID-19 og to psykoedukative gruppeforl\u00f8b for kvinder med ADHD. Deltagerne var prim\u00e6rt diagnosticerede med ADHD; komorbiditet var almindeligt. Nogle informanter er fulgt over l\u00e6ngere tid (op til 12 \u00e5r). Analysen er baseret p\u00e5 en kritisk f\u00e6nomenologisk tilgang med fokus p\u00e5 mening, rum, rytmer og kreativ billedt\u00e6nkning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Own-time spaces<\/span><\/em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> foresl\u00e5s som alternativ til neurobiologiske og skolebaserede tilgange som p\u00e6dagogisk afsk\u00e6rmning. I stedet for blot at reducere stimuli, virker disse rum gennem tidslige, meningsfulde og relationelle dimensioner, der kan skabe rytme i kroppen og mindske desynkronisering. Billedlige metaforer som lastbilen, rumkapslen og \u201cblommen i \u00e6gget\u201d illustrerer, hvordan fortid, nutid og fremtid m\u00f8des, eksempelvis ved at basere sig p\u00e5 barndomsminder og -dr\u00f8mme, og derved skabe varige livsrytmer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">ADHD b\u00f8r forst\u00e5s som en dynamisk, tidslig og relationel tilstand, hvor sted og rum fungerer som strategier til regulering og trivsel. Studiet tilbyder et supplement til det p\u00e6dagogiske begreb afsk\u00e6rmning, og viser at mennesker med ADHD ofte er s\u00e6rligt f\u00f8lsomme over for tid og kan skabe egne rum og rytmer, hvor trivsel opst\u00e5r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det anbefales at udvide id\u00e9en om afsk\u00e6rmning og i t\u00e6t samarbejde med barnet eller den voksne skabe fleksible, meningsfulde, kreative og rytmiske <\/span><em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">own-time spaces <\/span><\/em><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">i skole og arbejdsliv.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rasmussen, G.V, Thomsen, P.H., Lemcke, S., Andersen, R.S.
