Forebyggelse med fluoridtandpasta er veldokumenteret, men ikke altid tilstr\u00e6kkelig. Som supplement er en ny sugetablet udviklet med naturlige ingredienser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I et dobbeltblindet, randomiseret kontrolleret studie blev 350 b\u00f8rn i alderen 5\u20139 \u00e5r fra fire kommuner i Nordsj\u00e6lland inddelt i to grupper. Den ene gruppe fik dagligt en sugetablet med L-arginin og m\u00e6lkesyrebakterier i et \u00e5r, mens kontrolgruppen fik placebo. Alle b\u00f8rn fortsatte med daglig tand-b\u00f8rstning med fluoridtandpasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">288 b\u00f8rn gennemf\u00f8rte studiet. Carieserfaringen blev m\u00e5lt som \u00e6ndring i antallet af tandflader med caries, fyldninger eller mistede t\u00e6nder pga. caries. I placebogruppen steg carieserfaringen med gennemsnitligt 0,49 tandflader pr. barn, mens stigningen i testgruppen kun var 0,09. Dette svarer til en reduktion p\u00e5 ca. 82 %. Effekten s\u00e5s b\u00e5de i m\u00e6lket\u00e6nder og i 6-\u00e5rstanden. Resultatet er sammen-ligneligt med den beskyttelse, man ser ved brug af fluoridtandpasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">L-arginin findes naturligt i spyt og nedbrydes af bakterier i munden til en base, som h\u00e6ver pH og dermed beskytter emaljen mod syreangreb. Dette \u00e6ndrer samtidig mundmilj\u00f8et, s\u00e5 det bliver mere gavnligt for de gode bakterier. M\u00e6lkesyrebakterierne i sugetabletten konkurrerer med de cariesfremkaldende bakterier om plads og n\u00e6ring, hvilket underst\u00f8tter en sundere balance i mundens mikrobiota.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Daglig brug af en sugetablet med L-arginin og m\u00e6lkesyrebakterier reducerede b\u00f8rns carieserfaring markant, selv ved samtidig brug af fluoridtandpasta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Sugetabletten kan fungere som et supplement til eksisterende forebyggelsesstrategier.
