I dette studie har vi unders\u00f8gt, hvordan klagemateriale bliver brugt til at starte eller f\u00f8lge op p\u00e5 forbedringsinitiativer, og om det p\u00e5virker antallet af klagem\u00f8nstret efter et initiativ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiet er et scoping review, som blev udf\u00f8rt ud fra en pr\u00e6defineret protokol: <\/span><a class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" draggable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/osf.io\/6g4qw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Using Patient Com-plaints or Compensation Claims for Quality Improvements \u2013 A scoping review protocol<\/a><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">. <\/span><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vi s\u00f8gte i fire sundhedsvidenskabelige databaser: Embase, Medline, CINAHL og Web of Science. Studierne blev inkluderet, hvis de havde anvendt klagemateriale f\u00f8r eller efter et forbedringsinitiativ. Patienter og p\u00e5r\u00f8rende var med til at forme form\u00e5let, og en patientrepr\u00e6sentant var med til at sortere litteraturen og skrive artiklen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vi identificerede 58 initiativer som havde anvendt klagemateriale f\u00f8r eller efter forbedringsinitiativer.. Inden et initiativ anvendte studierne typisk genneml\u00e6sning af sager, herefter opt\u00e6lling af sager, kategorisering af indhold og \u00e5rsagsanalyser. Genneml\u00e6snings- og kategoriseringsmetoder var ofte ikke rapporteret. Initiativerne medf\u00f8rte oftest et fald i antallet af sager, mens f\u00e5 rapporterede flere eller u\u00e6ndret antal sager.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-justify para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Klagemateriale bliver brugt i kvalitetsarbejdet, men der anvendes ofte simple metoder og uden beskrivelse af, hvordan analyserne er lavet. Der er behov for en bedre rapportering, s\u00e5 vi kan l\u00e6re mere om metoder til analysere klagemateriale, og anvendelsesmuligheder til kvalitetsudvikling.
