Med denne artikel tilf\u00f8jer vi en ny, st\u00e6rk f\u00e6nomenologisk-hermeneutisk tilgang til feltet. Artiklen giver en beskrivelse af en Ricoeur-inspireret tilgang til fokus-gruppeinterview-studier og argumenterer for, hvordan den kan f\u00f8re til afg\u00f8rende indsigter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Mens vi tr\u00e6kker p\u00e5 erfaringer fra tidligere studier, argumenterer vi med henvisning til Ricoeurs udl\u00e6gning af den trefoldige mimesis (gengivelse) med pr\u00e6figuration, konfiguration og refiguration, for hvordan det kan ses som en ramme for at skabe og analysere data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Med reference til Ricoeurs arbejde om narrativ identitet og dialog i skabelsen af narrativer foresl\u00e5r vi ogs\u00e5 hvordan man, som forsker kan kultivere fokus-gruppe-interview-studier til at indbefatte:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Et hermeneutisk milj\u00f8<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Deling af oplevelser gennem fort\u00e6llinger<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Etisk engagement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Omfavnelse af forskelligheder og kompleksitet<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Med reference til tre eksempler demonstrerer vi, hvordan dialogen i fokus-gruppeinterview-studier der er kultiveret p\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de, skaber en kollektiv narrativ stemme. Fokus-gruppeinterview-studier, der er inspireret af Ricoeurs filosofi, muligg\u00f8r, s\u00e5ledes, at der skabes en \u2019poetisk komposition\u2019 af f\u00e6lles erfaringer, hvor interviewdeltagere udfordrer og beriger hinandens forst\u00e5elser, mens de skaber en fort\u00e6lling.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">S\u00e5danne poetiske narrativer kan analyseres med inspiration fra Ricoeur, nemlig med udgangspunkt i hans fortolkningsteori. Vi foresl\u00e5r derfor en tretrins fortolkningsproces: naiv l\u00e6sning, strukturel analyse og kritisk fortolkning, som f\u00f8rer til ny forst\u00e5else af &#8220;at v\u00e6re i verden&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Diskussion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"a_GcMg font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vi fremh\u00e6ver, at fokus-gruppeinterview-studier kan generere nuancerede og dybtg\u00e5ende indsigter for og fra klinisk praksis, n\u00e5r de udf\u00f8res med vores beskrevne Ricoeur-inspirerede tilgang. Der er hermed tale om en unik metode til at indfange og fortolke komplekse erfaringer, der har relation til sundhedsv\u00e6senet. Studier gennemf\u00f8rt i en s\u00e5dan ramme, kan bane vejen for vigtige indsigter til sundhedsvidenskaben og udvikling af sundhedspraksis, fordi det giver patienter og sundhedsprofessionelle nogle tydelige stemmer.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Simon\u00ff, C., Damsgaard, J.
