Et fysisk traume har det med at sl\u00e5 rytmen i stykker, ikke kun i livet, men ogs\u00e5 i hjertet. N\u00e5r vi mennesker rammes af et traume f.eks. efter en trafikulykke, f\u00f8lger der ofte et stille eftersk\u00e6lv med af indre uro, stress og en krop, der aldrig helt falder til ro igen. Mange oplever symptomer p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnforstyrrelser, psykisk s\u00e5rbarhed og vedvarende stress.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5l<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5let med dette studie var at unders\u00f8ge, hvordan langsom, rytmisk vejrtr\u00e6kning p\u00e5virker hjerterytmevariabilitet (HRV) og psykologisk belastning hos personer, der har oplevet fysiske traumer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Studiet omfattede 120 voksne med lettere til moderate skader efter trafikulykker, som blev randomiseret til en interventionsgruppe med HRV-biofeedback og en kontrolgruppe uden intervention. HRV blev m\u00e5lt i hvile og under en struktureret vejrtr\u00e6knings\u00f8velse med seks vejrtr\u00e6kninger pr. minut. Psykologiske symptomer blev vurderet med validerede sp\u00f8rgeskemaer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Deltagere i interventionsgruppen, der modtog HRV-biofeedback, opn\u00e5ede en markant stigning i HRV og parasympatisk aktivitet samt reduktion i symptomer p\u00e5 depression og PTSD. Kontrolgruppen viste ingen tilsvarende \u00e6ndringer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Langsom, rytmisk vejrtr\u00e6kning med en frekvens p\u00e5 seks vejrtr\u00e6kninger pr. minut, aktiverer det parasympatiske nervesystem og underst\u00f8tter kroppens evne til at regulere stress og uro hos personer med fysiske traumer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Implikationer for praksis<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Langsom vejrtr\u00e6kning med seks vejrtr\u00e6kninger pr. minut kan anvendes som en enkel og tilg\u00e6ngelig non-farmakologisk metode i rehabilitering efter fysiske traumer.
