De kan ogs\u00e5 bruges som refleksionsv\u00e6rkt\u00f8j af sundhedsprofessionelle i andre sammenh\u00e6nge til at f\u00e5 talt om sociale og kognitive kompetencer. Serien kommer med eksempler p\u00e5, hvordan SCOPE-v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jet kan komme i spil i hverdagen. Arbejds- og organisationspsykolog, seniorforsker og lektor Peter Dieckmann fra CAMES, interviewer i hver episode en fagperson om de kategorier af sociale og kognitive kompetencer, som SCOPE s\u00e6tter fokus p\u00e5. De interviewede arbejder forskellige steder i sundhedssystemet og reflekterer over selvoplevede situationer ved hj\u00e6lp af SCOPE-begreberne.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium
