Det fort\u00e6ller&nbsp; forsker og docent Nana Vaaben fra K\u00f8benhavns professionsh\u00f8jskole KP, som har tre r\u00e5d:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tal h\u00f8jt om moralsk stress<br \/>\n<\/strong>Et af Nana Vaabens r\u00e5d til ledere i det offentlige er, at man skal tale h\u00f8jt om moralsk stress: \u201dTal om det, lyt til medarbejderne, anerkend at det findes. Og vigtigst af alt: synligg\u00f8r at det er et systemisk problem og ikke handler om individuel uform\u00e5en. Det er den enkelte, der m\u00e6rker det, men det er et f\u00e6lles, organisatorisk anliggende p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lav et lokalt \u2019beredskab\u2019<br \/>\n<\/strong>Et andet r\u00e5d fra Nana Vaaben er at lave et lokalt \u2019beredskab\u2019: \u201dMoralsk stress er et samfundsproblem, og den enkelte leder kan ikke l\u00f8se det hverken alene eller hurtigt, men kan omvendt heller ikke sidde p\u00e5 h\u00e6nderne. Mit forslag er at lave lokale aftaler om, hvad man g\u00f8r, n\u00e5r man kommer i pressede situationer. Jeg t\u00e6nker ikke p\u00e5 beredskab som en patrulje, man kan tilkalde, men lav aftaler om, hvad man ens handlemuligheder er, og hvem man kan kontakte hvorn\u00e5r\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deltag i systemkampen<br \/>\n<\/strong>Problemet med moralsk stress kan kun l\u00f8ses ved at \u00e6ndre p\u00e5 nogle overordnede strukturer. Nana Vaaben mener ikke, vi kommer uden om en systemkamp, og jo flere, der bidrager, jo bedre: \u201dVi m\u00e5 antage, at politikere og topchefer m.fl. gerne vil g\u00f8re det bedre, men de har brug input fra dem, som m\u00e6rker problemerne i det daglige og fra forskere som mig.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis vi kan freml\u00e6gge \u00e5rsagssammenh\u00e6ngene, f\u00e5r politikerne nemmere ved at se, hvor de pr\u00e6cis skal s\u00e6tte ind, for at det f\u00e5r en effekt. Jeg mener, man som leder p\u00e5 velf\u00e6rdsomr\u00e5det har pligt til at formidle, hvad man oplever, og hvordan man mener det h\u00e6nger sammen. Det g\u00e5r i hvert fald ikke v\u00e6k, hvis vi alle sammen resignerer\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-flat fasc-rounded-medium\" style=\"background-color: #33809e;
