Storbritannien, Norge og Sverige har allerede initiativer, der st\u00f8tter kvinder i overgangsalderen. Danmark b\u00f8r f\u00f8lge trop for at forbedre arbejdsmilj\u00f8et og sundheden for kvindelige medarbejdere og patienter. En ny alliance mellem politikere og Dansk Industri arbejder p\u00e5 at fremme kvinders sundhed. En dansk rapport viser, at overgangsalderen p\u00e5virker arbejdslivet for to ud af tre kvinder<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\" data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Indhold<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Der er god grund til at have fokus p\u00e5 menopause-transitionen blandt medarbejdere i sundhedsv\u00e6senet<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. En rapport fra VIVE viser at 84 % af de besk\u00e6ftigede i Sundhed- og socialv\u00e6senet er kvinder (s. 18), s\u00e5 alene af den grund vil det give god mening at tage dette emne alvorligt.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">I Storbritannien har der v\u00e6ret et stigende fokus p\u00e5 overgangsalderen<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, her har det engelske sundhedsv\u00e6sen (NHS) taget f\u00f8ringen med initiativer som &#8220;Menopause Pathway Improvement Programme\u201d, der har til form\u00e5l at forbedre behandling og st\u00f8tte til kvinder i overgangsalderen. I Norge og Sverige er der allerede en voksende politisk bevidsthed om overgangsalderen. Det er p\u00e5 tide, at Danmark f\u00f8lger trop og udvikler initiativer til fordel for den store kvindelige arbejdsstyrke i sundhedsv\u00e6senet, men ogs\u00e5 til fordel for de mange kvindelige patienter, borger og klienter, som vi hverdag m\u00f8der. Heldigvis er en ny alliance mellem politikere og Dansk Industri netop blevet stiftet med det form\u00e5l at fremme kvinders sundhed.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ligeledes viser <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">en ny dansk rapport om \u201cOvergangsalder p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet\u201d<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, at overgangsalderen p\u00e5virker arbejdslivet for to ud af tre kvinder. Derfor er det vigtigt, at vi som sundhedsfaglige interesserer os for emnet b\u00e5de fagligt i ogs\u00e5 ift. vores eget arbejdsmilj\u00f8.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Her er nogle vigtige argumenter for, hvorfor det kan betale sig at have fokus p\u00e5 menopause-transitionen p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen:<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00d8get produktivitet og fastholdelse af medarbejdere<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: Ved at st\u00f8tte kvinder gennem menopause-transitionen kan vi sikre, at flere kvinder forbliver i arbejdsstyrken og forts\u00e6tter med at bidrage med deres erfaring og viden.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mangfoldighed og inklusion<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: At tage hensyn til menopause-transitionen er en del af at fremme mangfoldighed og inklusion p\u00e5 arbejdspladsen. Det viser, at vi v\u00e6rds\u00e6tter alle medarbejdere og deres unikke behov.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00d8konomiske fordele<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: Hvis flere kvinder arbejder l\u00e6ngere og i h\u00f8jere betalte funktioner, kan det gavne \u00f8konomien gennem \u00f8get produktivitet og indkomstskatbidrag.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Reduceret sygefrav\u00e6r og \u00f8get trivsel<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">: Ved at skabe et st\u00f8ttende arbejdsmilj\u00f8 kan vi reducere sygefrav\u00e6r og \u00f8ge trivslen blandt medarbejdere, der oplever menopause-transitionen.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Vi h\u00e5ber du har f\u00e5et mere viden om menopause-transitionen p\u00e5 arbejdsmarkedet og er blevet nysgerrig p\u00e5 at vide mere.
