Hormonbehandling lindrer symptomerne, men \u00f8ger kr\u00e6ftrisikoen. Der er behov for effektive behandlinger mod VMS med minimal kr\u00e6ftrisiko. Vi unders\u00f8gte virkningerne af en meget biotilg\u00e6ngelig aglykonrig r\u00f8dkl\u00f8ver-isoflavon behandling for at lindre eksisterende menopausale VMS, vurderet for f\u00f8rste gang ved 24-timers ambula-torisk hudkonduktans (SC).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vi gennemf\u00f8rte et parallelt, dobbeltblindet, randomiseret kontrolfors\u00f8g med 62 peri-menopausale kvinder i alderen 40-65 \u00e5r, som rapporterede \u2265 5 hedeture\/dag og follikelstimulerende hormon \u226535 IU\/L. Deltagerne fik enten to gange daglig behandling med biotilg\u00e6ngeligt RC-ekstrakt (RCE), der indeholder 34 mg\/d isoflavoner og probiotika, eller en maskeret placeboformulering i 12 uger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultat<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det prim\u00e6re resultat var \u00e6ndring i daglig hedetursfrekvens (HFF) fra baseline til 12 uger ved hj\u00e6lp af 24-timers SC. Sekund\u00e6re resultater var \u00e6ndring i SC-bestemt hedetursintensitet (HFI), selvrapporteret HFF (rHFF) og hedeturs sv\u00e6rhedsgrad (rHFS), blodtryk og plasmalipider.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Der blev fundet et signifikant fald i 24 timers HFF (P &lt; 0,01) og HFI (P &lt; 0,05), n\u00e5r man sammenlignede \u00e6ndringen fra baseline til 12 m\u00e5neder med RCE (-4,3 HF\/24 timer, CI -6,8 til -2,3; -12956 \u03bcS s-1, CI -20175 til -5737) med placebo (0,79 HF\/24 timer, CI -1,56 til 3,15; 515 \u03bcS s-1, CI -5465 til 6496). 79 HF\/24 timer, CI -1,56 til 3,15; 515 \u03bcS s-1, CI -5465 til 6496). rHFF var ogs\u00e5 signifikant reduceret (P &lt;0,05) i RCE-gruppen (-2,97 HFs\/d, CI -4,77 til -1,17) sammenlignet med placebo (0,036 HFs\/d, CI -2,42 til 2,49). Andre parametre var ikke-signifikante. RCE var veltolereret.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultaterne tyder p\u00e5, at moderate doser af RCE var mere effektive og bedre end placebo til at reducere fysiologisk og selvrapporteret VMS.
