Det er dog p\u00e5vist, at hormonbehandling kan \u00f8ge risikoen for kr\u00e6ft. Biotilg\u00e6ngelige isoflavoner med selektiv \u00f8strogenreceptor-affinitet viser potentiale til at forebygge og behandle osteoporose og samtidig minimere eller eliminere kr\u00e6ftfremkaldende bivirkninger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Form\u00e5l<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">At unders\u00f8ge om der er gavnlige virkningerne af en biotilg\u00e6ngelig isoflavon og probiotisk behandling mod postmenopausal osteopeni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Design<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vi brugte et nyt r\u00f8dkl\u00f8verekstrakt (RCE), der er rigt p\u00e5 isoflavon-aglykoner, og probiotika til samtidig at fremme optagelsen og en gunstig tarmbakterieprofil for at forbedre isoflavonernes biotilg\u00e6ngelighed. Dette var et 12 m\u00e5neders, dobbeltblindt, parallelt design, placebokontrolleret, randomiseret kontrolleret fors\u00f8g med 78 postmenopausale kvinder med osteopeni, suppleret med calcium (1200 mg\/d), magnesium (550 mg\/d) og calcitriol (25 \u03bcg\/d) givet enten RCE (60 mg isoflavon-aglykoner\/d og probiotika) eller et maskeret placebo [kontrol (CON)].<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">RCE d\u00e6mpede signifikant tab af knoglemineralt\u00e6thed (BMD) tab ved L2-L4 l\u00e6ndehvirvlerne (P, 0,05), l\u00e5rbenshalsen (P, 0,01) og trochanter (P, 0,01) sammenlignet med CON (20,99 % og 22,2 %; 21,04 % og 23,05 %; og 20,67 % og 22,79, henholdsvis). Plasmakoncentrationer af kollagen type 1 tv\u00e6rbundet C-telopeptid var signifikant reduceret i RCE gruppen (P, 0,05) sammenlignet med CON (henholdsvis 29,40 % og 26,76 %). RCE \u00f8gede plasmakoncentrationen af isoflavoner signifikant (P, 0,05), 2-hydroxyestron (2-OH) i urinen til 16a-hydroxyestron (16a-OH) i urinen (P, 0,05) og equol-producentens status (P , 0,05) sammenlignet med CON. RCE havde ingen signifikant effekt p\u00e5 andre biomark\u00f8rer for knogleomoms\u00e6tning. Selvrapporteret kost og fysisk aktivitet var konsistente, og forskellene var ikke signifikante mellem grupperne gennem hele unders\u00f8gelsen. RCE blev tolereret godt uden bivirkninger.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Indtagelse af RCE to gange dagligt over 1 \u00e5r d\u00e6mpede kraftigt BMD-tab for\u00e5rsaget af \u00f8strogenmangel, forbedret knogleoms\u00e6tning, fremmede en gunstig \u00f8strogenmetabolitprofil (2-OH:16a-OH), og stimu-lerede produktionen af equol hos postmenopausale kvinder med osteopeni.
