Mangel p\u00e5 B12-vitamin kan medf\u00f8re blodmangel eller problemer med nervesystemet.<\/p>\n<p>Derfor anbefaler F\u00f8devarestyrelsen nu et dagligt tilskud til vegetarer, ligesom det tidligere har v\u00e6ret en anbefaling til veganere, der vil f\u00f8lge kostr\u00e5dene. Den nye anbefaling om B12 til vegetarer sker i forbindelse med en r\u00e6kke mindre justeringer af F\u00f8devarestyrelsens kostr\u00e5d til danskere, der har valgt en plantebaseret kost.<\/p>\n<p>DTU\u2019s beregninger er bestilt af F\u00f8devarestyrelsen, efter nye referencev\u00e6rdier for alle n\u00e6ringsstoffer udkom med De Nordiske N\u00e6ringsstofanbefalinger i 2023. I denne publikation var s\u00e6rligt behovet for B12-vitamin \u00f8get v\u00e6sentligt.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"fasc-button fasc-size-medium fasc-type-flat fasc-rounded-medium\" style=\"background-color: #33809e;
