Praxeologi \u2013 Et Kritisk Refleksivt Blikk P\u00e5 Sosiale Praktikker, 6, e2548. <\/span><a class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" draggable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15845\/praxeologi.v6.4198\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/doi.org\/10.15845\/praxeologi.v6.4198<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I artiklen \u201cThe Knowledge Crisis of Nursing\u201d argumenteres for at sygepleje er b\u00e5de et praktisk fag og en akademisk disciplin, som for det sidstes vedkommende dog har v\u00e6ret henvist til i vidt omfang at udvikle sig som et fag med en meget svag teoretisk videnskab bag sig i akademisk forstand. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Denne udvikling anses som en underbelyst del af den s\u00e5kaldte sygeplejerskekrise, der prim\u00e6rt omhandler rekruttering og fastholdelse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I artiklen foretages en teoretisk analyse og konstruktion af to af de vigtigste videnspositioner i akademia for dansk sygepleje, med afs\u00e6t i empiriske bidrag fra Kari Martinsens og Marit Kirkevold. Den teoretiske optik anl\u00e6gges med de store europ\u00e6iske sociologer: D\u00fcrkheim (Aristoteles), Bourdieu og Habermas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I artiklen finder forfatterne at den akademiske udvikling er blevet domineret af en s\u00e6rlig fortolkning af en humanvidenskabelig tilgang, med anvendelse af sundheds- og naturvidenskabelige metoder. Det har medf\u00f8rt en vidensudvikling rettet mod modeller og teknikker for praksis &#8211; som er vigtig viden i praksis &#8211; men kun i begr\u00e6nset omfang bidrager til en egentlig teoriudvikling om sygepleje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">N\u00e5r der er tale om en sk\u00e6v udvikling, der kaldes for en videnskrise, er det fordi man derved ikke har etableret sygepleje med et tilstr\u00e6kkelig teoretisk videnskabeligt grundlag, som en foruds\u00e6tning for refleksivt at kunne adressere og arbejde med de sundhedsudfordringer som tr\u00e6nger sig p\u00e5. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">N\u00e5r udviklingen af et teoretisk grundlag er vigtigt at prioritere, udover fokus p\u00e5 praktiske teorier omsat som modeller og teknikker, skyldes det at kravene til kompleksiteten af den sygepleje, der skal ydes i praksis, har v\u00e6ret stigende over de seneste \u00e5rtier.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Udviklingen kalder p\u00e5 et styrket teoretisk videnskabeligt grundlag, for at adressere implikationer i praksis, som f.eks. h\u00e5ndtering af kompleks multisygdom, ulighed i sundhed og overgange i patientforl\u00f8b. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det er problemstillinger hvor s\u00e6rlig socialvidenskabelig viden, kan bidrage med vigtig viden for at forst\u00e5 og forklare sammenh\u00e6nge om sygepleje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Vedholdende arbejde med teoriudvikling og analyse omsat i sygeplejens hverdagspraksis, er i till\u00e6g en af de vigtigste m\u00e5der hvorp\u00e5 sygeplejersker og studerende kan underst\u00f8tte udvikling af den refleksive kompetence, som er afg\u00f8rende for at h\u00e5ndtere de n\u00e6vnte udfordringer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Jesper Frederiksen, Sygeplejefaglig forskningsleder, Lektor, ph.d., cand. p\u00e6d. i p\u00e6dagogisk sociologi., sygeplejerske, <\/span><a class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" draggable=\"false\" href=\"mailto:jesfr@regionsjaelland.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">jesfr@regionsjaelland.dk<\/a><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, Kim J\u00f8rgensen, Adjunkt, Lektor (20 %), ph.d., cand.cur., sygeplejerske, <\/span><a class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" draggable=\"false\" href=\"mailto:kimjo@ruc.dk\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kimjo@ruc.dk<\/a><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">, Kari Anna Petersen, Professor emerita, ph.d., mag. art. p\u00e6d., sygeplejerske, <a class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" draggable=\"false\" href=\"mailto:karin.petersen@uib.no\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">karin.petersen@uib.no<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Download som PDF Frederiksen, J., J\u00f8rgensen, K., &amp; Petersen, K.
