Disse har underg\u00e5et en kvalitativ, deduktiv indholdsanalyse, med de tre forhold for \u2018Sk\u00f8nne \u00d8jeblikke\u2019 som kategorisering.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Resultater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Analysen viser forhold, der b\u00e5de g\u00f8r sig g\u00e6ldende for patienters ytring af noget der har stor betydning, og for elementer der indg\u00e5r i sk\u00f8nhedsorienteret sygepleje. De fem elementer er:<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">1) En oplevelse af en lytteretning efter det af \u2019merbetydning\u2019<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">2) En oprigtigt interesseret sundhedsprofessionel<br \/>\n<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">3) Oplevelse af et ligev\u00e6rdigt m\u00f8de<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">4) Frav\u00e6ret af krav om, at patienten i m\u00f8det med personalet skal g\u00f8re sig en forandrende erkendelse<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">5) At nogle patienter har oplevet, at en s\u00e6rlig karisma ved en sundhedsprofessionel, har haft en s\u00e6rlig, resonans.<br \/>\n<\/span><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det konkluderes at der findes \u00e6kvivalens mellem dele af det, patienterne ytrer betydningsfuldt og af det, Herholt-Lomholdt beskriver som betydningsfuldt ved sygeplejerskers oplevelser af sk\u00f8nne \u00f8jeblikke.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>English abstract&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>Beautiful moments in psychiatry \u2013 patient perspectives on nursing and the implementation of aesthetically attuned, sensitive care<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\"><strong>Background<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Danish Council of Ethics has highlighted \u201cBeautiful Moments\u201d as a proposal for how caring competence and the felt sense of care can be given greater focus in clinical practice.<br \/>\n<strong>Aim<\/strong><br \/>\nTo explore psychiatric patients\u2019 accounts of what they find meaningful in their relationships with healthcare professionals, and to examine whether there are parallels to what nurse and PhD Sine Maria Herholdt\u2011Lomholdt refers to as aesthetically attuned nursing care.<br \/>\n<strong>Method<\/strong><br \/>\nThe study is a literature review based on three articles. These were subjected to a qualitative, deductive content analysis, using the three conditions for \u201cBeautiful Moments\u201d as the main analytic categories.<br \/>\n<strong>Results<\/strong><br \/>\nThe analysis identified conditions that apply both to patients\u2019 expressions of what holds great significance for them and to core elements of aesthetically attuned nursing care. Five central elements were:<br \/>\n1. An experience of the professional listening for \u201csomething of more significance\u201d<br \/>\n2. A genuinely interested healthcare professional<br \/>\n3. The experience of an encounter based on equality<br \/>\n4. The absence of demands that the patient must arrive at a transformative realisation in the meeting with the staff<br \/>\n5. That some patients experienced a particular charisma in a professional as having a special resonance.<br \/>\n<strong>Conclusion<\/strong><br \/>\nThe study concludes that there is an equivalence between aspects of what patients describe as meaningful and what Herholdt\u2011Lomholdt identifies as significant in nurses\u2019 experiences of beautiful moments in practice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"my-2 [&amp;+p]:mt-4 [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:inline-block [&amp;_strong:has(+br)]:pb-2\"><strong>Keywords: <\/strong>Psychiatric nursing, beautiful moments, aesthetically attuned nursing, patient perspectives, caring relationship, qualitative content analysis.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Baggrund<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Psykiatrien i Danmark lider under en r\u00e6kke udfordringer, hvor rekruttering og fastholdelse er blandt de st\u00f8rste, fordi uddannet personale i for h\u00f8j grad ikke v\u00e6lger psykiatrien (1). 75% af lederne p\u00e5 adspurgte psykiatriske afdelinger oplever udfordringer med at rekruttere medarbejdere, der har de rette kompetencer (2). For sygeplejersker ytres det, at de ikke i tilstr\u00e6kkelig grad f\u00f8ler, at de f\u00e5r lov at yde den omsorg, de mener patienterne har brug for. Dette aff\u00f8der en utilstr\u00e6kkelighedsf\u00f8lelse, som sygeplejerskerne \u201cflygter fra\u201d (2).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I 2022 udgav etisk r\u00e5d en rapport om omsorg, dens gavn, alsidighed i udf\u00f8rsel, samt v\u00e6rdi overfor m\u00e5lbarhed. Det beskrives blandt andet, hvordan tilfredshedsf\u00f8lelsen med den omsorg, man som omsorgsperson har ydet, bliver en slags bel\u00f8nning, som er vigtig for personalets f\u00f8lelse af tilfredshed med deres arbejdet. R\u00e5det peger p\u00e5 Sygeplejerske, ph.d. Sine Maria Herholdt-Lumholdts forskning i \u2018Sk\u00f8nne \u00d8jeblikke\u2019 som et forslag til, hvordan omsorgskompetencer og -f\u00f8lelse kan blive et fokus i praksis (3). Argumentet er, at omsorgskompetencer kan op\u00f8ves og at patienten f\u00e5r mest mulig omsorg, hvis sygeplejersker finder omsorgsud\u00f8velsen meningsfuld (4).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Den overordnede problemstilling<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Sine Maria Herholdt-Lomholdts afhandling om de \u2019Sk\u00f8nne \u00d8jeblikke\u2019 er bedrevet p\u00e5 aktionsforskning, der i sin metode har praksis\u00e6ndrende effekt p\u00e5 forskningsomr\u00e5det. Det antages i afhandlingen at den praksis, som afhandlingen vil unders\u00f8ge, vil v\u00e6re gavnlig for patienter (3). Gennem n\u00e6rv\u00e6rende litteraturstudie unders\u00f8ges denne sk\u00f8nhedsorienterede praksis i psykiatrien og udsagn om det, de psykiatriske patienter finder mest betydningsfuldt i relationen til de sundhedsprofesionelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Metode<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">F\u00e6nomenet \u2019betydningsfuldhed\u2019 er genstand for unders\u00f8gelsen, og forst\u00e5elsesrammen for dette, er elementerne i en sensitiv tilgang (3). Her f\u00f8lges Elo og Kyng\u00e4s\u2019 principper for struktureret deduktiv indholdsanalyse med en l\u00f8bende f\u00e6nomenologisk-hermeneutisk fortolkende tilgang (5). <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Indholdsanalysen er en systematisk behandling af empiri, med r\u00f8dder i den kvantitative tradition indenfor positivismen. N\u00e5r den g\u00f8r sig anvendelig inden for den kvalitative tradition, er det med den hermeneutiske tilgang til at l\u00e6se, fortolke og forst\u00e5, hvad der kan indg\u00e5 i en kategori og hvorfor (6). M\u00e5let er at f\u00e5 en kondenseret og kategoriseret forst\u00e5else af f\u00e6nomenet, og den strukturerede, deduktive indholdsanalyse er netop anvendelig, hvis man for eksempel gerne vil teste teorier i en ny kontekst (5).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Afhandlingen bag teorien<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I Sine Maria Herholdt-Lumholdts Ph.d. om \u2018Sk\u00f8nne \u00d8jeblikke i Sygepleje\u2019 s\u00f8ger hun at forst\u00e5 og beskrive erfaringer, gjort af sygeplejersker i m\u00f8det med patienter, som synes af s\u00e6rlig betydning. I afklaringen af disse \u00f8jeblikke, tager hun afs\u00e6t i den danske filosof Dorthe J\u00f8rgensens arbejde med \u00e6stetisk filosofi og beskrivelse af sk\u00f8nhedserfaringer som en \u2019h\u00f8jere erfaring\u2019. Disse beskrives som at have en eksistentielt forvandlende kraft, ogs\u00e5 kaldet \u2018immanent transcendens\u2019, i det at den gennems\u00e6tter forandring, undring og reaktioner. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Disse beskrives ogs\u00e5 som en form for \u201cn\u00e5 det er s\u00e5dan, det h\u00e6nger sammen\u201d-lignende f\u00f8lelse, hvor det ikke synes mulig at s\u00e6tte ord p\u00e5, hvad det er, der h\u00e6nger sammen p\u00e5 hvilken m\u00e5de. Erfaringen synes at komme med det, J\u00f8rgensen kalder \u201csanseligt formidlede erfaringer af \u2019meningsfylde\u2019 eller noget af \u2019merbetydning\u2019, som i denne kontekst er noget der er ytret fra patienterne som opfanges af sygeplejersken, hvis<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">denne er lydh\u00f8rhed overfor det (3). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Herholdt-Lomholdt s\u00f8ger at n\u00e6rme sig disse f\u00e6nomener af \u00f8jeblikke af s\u00e6rlig betydning for at finde frem til hvad det er, der sker, n\u00e5r disse synes at kalde p\u00e5 et brud med det planlagte og for at forst\u00e5, hvad det er, der melder sig, som kalder p\u00e5 dette brud. Hun s\u00f8ger at forst\u00e5 \u201cmed hvilke \u00f8re man kan h\u00f8re og med hvilke \u00f8jne man kan se\u201d noget der s\u00e5 forsigtigt og stille, men samtidig med kraftig insisteren vil s\u00e6tte sig igennem og dermed, hvordan vi kan orientere os mod en \u00e5benhed overfor disse spr\u00e6kker. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Samtidig unders\u00f8ger hun, hvilken betydning en \u00e5bning mod disse \u00f8jeblikke kan f\u00e5 for sygeplejen &#8211; b\u00e5de for den enkelte sygeplejerske og for professionen som helhed (3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Forskningen er foretaget med to aktionsgrupper af sygeplejersker p\u00e5 tre somatiske hospitalsafdelinger. Det empiriske grundlag er indtryksnoter og interviews, samt essays skrevet af de deltagende sygeplejersker (3). <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Herholdt-Lumholdt finder tre forhold, der synes betydningsfulde for oplevelsen af de sk\u00f8nne \u00f8jeblikkes opst\u00e5en: <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">at fornemme mere, f\u00e6lles sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6ren og kropslig sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6rens-resonans<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> (3). <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">At fornemme mere<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> beskrives ved at sygeplejersken: \u201c&#8230; modtager (&#8230;) fornemmelser for noget \u2019mere\u2019, der usagt og diffust tr\u00e6der frem mellem handlinger og ord.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I det underst\u00f8ttende essay beskrives det, hvordan sygeplejersken fornemmer en stemning eller klang, som hun lader tage fokus fra den opgave, hun egentlig var kommet ind p\u00e5 stuen med. Hun oplevede at kunne m\u00e6rke en vigtighed som gjorde, at hun lod sin oprindelige opgave falde, for i stedet at vente, orienteret mod patienten, hvorefter hun synes at m\u00f8de en livsytring, eller noget af \u2019merbetydning\u2019, udsendt af patienten (3). <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">At have en <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">f\u00e6lles sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6ren<\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> er, n\u00e5r et sensitivt (f\u00f8lelseserfaret), f\u00e6llesmenneskeligt f\u00e6nomen opst\u00e5r &#8211; som sorgen over et d\u00f8df\u00f8dt barn \u2013 hvor b\u00e5de patienten og sygeplejersken har adgang til at indg\u00e5 ligev\u00e6rdigt i \u00f8jeblikket, med sorgf\u00f8lelsen og afmagten som adgangsbillet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Her st\u00e5r de p\u00e5 en f\u00e6llesmenneskelig grund. I dette \u00f8jeblik vil patienten f\u00f8le et f\u00e6llesskab, fordi sygeplejersken ikke indtager en empatisk tilgang. Ved empati vil sygeplejersken s\u00f8ge forst\u00e5else af patientens f\u00f8lelser og forst\u00e5elser overfor det h\u00e6ndte, en \u201ddig i mig\u201d-forst\u00e5else, hvilket kan efterlade patienten i en f\u00f8lelse af bekr\u00e6ftelse, men ensomhed. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I det f\u00e6lles sensitive vil sygeplejersken i stedet for blive i sin egen f\u00f8lelse overfor det h\u00e6ndte, og i en \u201ddet mere, vi sammen tager del i\u201d-forst\u00e5else, og indg\u00e5r dermed i et f\u00e6llesskab med patienten. En anden v\u00e6sentlig pointe er, at der i dette \u00f8jeblik ikke forventes en forandring eller udvikling hos patienten (3). <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Elementet <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">kropslig sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6rens-resonans <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">sker, n\u00e5r det af merbetydning resonerer i sygeplejersken og aff\u00f8der en handling. Det kan enten v\u00e6re ved, at sygeplejersken spontant r\u00e6kker ud efter at handle p\u00e5 det, der modtages af merbetydnings-ytringer. Dermed skabes en resonans med det \u00f8jeblik, der viser sig, i stedet for i resonans med kulturen, vanen eller viljen. Det kan ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en ubevidst handling eller v\u00e6ren, som viser sig at v\u00e6re i resonans med det af merbetydning for patienten, men som synes af stor betydning (3).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Litteraturs\u00f8gning<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Litteraturstudie er valgt p\u00e5 grund af et mangfoldige udvalg af artikler, der unders\u00f8ger det valgte f\u00e6nomen (7). S\u00f8gningen best\u00e5r af fire aspekter, med centrale ord fra problemformuleringen som ramme, og med inspiration fra ord, fundet ved indledende s\u00f8gning. Desuden blev der foretaget en s\u00f8gning for at afd\u00e6kke, om der tidligere er lavet studier baseret p\u00e5 patienters oplevelse af en sensitiv tilgang fra sygeplejersker, ud fra elementerne i Herholdt-Lumholdts afhandling, hvilket ikke var tilf\u00e6ldet. Dette aff\u00f8der en f\u00f8lelse af autonomi og ligev\u00e6rd:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cI still think it is very important for patients to feel that they are heard properly. That they are the ones who are like &#8230; in control of their own &#8230; healthcare. And that they are not just leaving it to someone else, that it is someone else\u2019s to take care of, but that it is they who &#8230; themselves must make sure that they feel better\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">(9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det livsvigtige er alsidigt. For eksempel opfattes det som v\u00e6rdifuldt, n\u00e5r patienterne kan tale med personalet om hverdagslige emner, n\u00e5r det er d\u00e9t, der i \u00f8jeblikket synes mest presserende, fremfor hvad der relaterer sig direkte til deres overordnede behandling. Blandt andet kan dette etablere en tryghed, der er adgangsgivende for senere at \u00e5bne op, som f\u00f8lgende patient udtrykker det:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"color: #333399;\">\u201cAlthough you may not always dare to admit it to yourself either and then it can be of some help with this conversation, to sort of tease out, that you get to focus on what is difficult\u201d <\/span><\/em><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">(9).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">En orientering mod det sensitive og sk\u00f8nne er forbundet med meningsfuldhed og motivation for sygeplejersken (3). Det v\u00e6gtes generelt v\u00e6rdifuldt for patienterne, n\u00e5r en s\u00e5dan f\u00f8lelse hos den sundhedsprofessionelle synes at kunne m\u00e6rkes. Det kommer til udtryk i samtaler, der synes drevet af en oprigtig lyst og villighed til at hj\u00e6lpe:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><em><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cI can see it. . . that glow that tells me she has understood what it\u2019s all about. It is not just theoretical knowledge. She doesn\u2019t sit there for her own sake and talk about it. She wants to help. She wants to help someone\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> (11).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I en af artiklerne beskrives en generel holdning fra patienterne om, at samtaler hvor det i-\u00f8jeblikket-vigtigste f\u00e5r lov at v\u00e6re omdrejningspunkt, er forbundet med st\u00f8rre v\u00e6rdi for deres recovery, end den reelle terapeutiske behandling (11).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">F\u00e6lles sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6ren<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">En oplevelse af, at rollerne for en stund indtager en position af ligev\u00e6rd og f\u00e6llesskab, ytres v\u00e6rdifuldt af patienterne. Det g\u00f8r det, fordi det involverer deres person og dermed s\u00e6tter diagnosen i baggrunden. Omend ikke med samme yderlighed i f\u00e6lles f\u00f8lelseserfaring, som eksemplet i afhandlingen om en mor og et d\u00f8dt barn, s\u00e5 alligevel i et m\u00f8de af en f\u00e6lles f\u00f8lelsesontologi ved betydningen af for eksempel det at skabe noget og at v\u00e6re i en kreativ proces:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><em><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\" style=\"color: #333399;\">\u201cAnd &#8230; then it kind of becomes more, well, how is it going with the singing? Did you draw anything today? [ &#8230; ] and then I know, aha, they remember me. I\u2019m not just like patient number three in the second room on the left\u201d <\/span><\/strong><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">(9).<\/span> <span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Dette ligev\u00e6rd kan give en f\u00f8lelse af, at v\u00e6re normal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><em><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201dno, well, I do want to say \u2026 I am pretty normal, you know \u2026 [laughs a little] It\u2019s like \u2026 I don\u2019t have any handicap or \u2026 I am a normal person and you\u2019re equal to speak \u2026 There is no difference between you and me, really \u2026 No \u2026 So \u2026\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> [laugs a little](10).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det beskrives af Herholdt-Lomholdt, at et \u00f8jeblik af \u2019f\u00e6lles sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6ren\u2019 er et moment, der ikke kr\u00e6ver af patienten, at de skal vokse af situationen. (3). Et m\u00f8de med en sundhedsprofessionel, som ikke f\u00f8les terapeutisk eller med intention om at skulle rykke sig, erfares v\u00e6rdifuldt. Det ses i eksemplet her:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><em><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cI found him so balanced in a way. . . didn\u2019t have all kinds of programs of his own that we had to go through. I could talk about anything . . . everyday life things that were important to me, not necessarily problems. . . I was the one who decided what to talk about\u201d <\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/em><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">(11).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Et m\u00f8de i det f\u00e6lles sensitive, i det ligev\u00e6rdige, er et m\u00f8de hvor ingen af parterne har \u201croret\u201d. Derfor er dette uforeneligt med, at den sundhedsprofessionelle kan have rollen som hj\u00e6lpende, og patienten som hj\u00e6lpemodtagende. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I en af artiklerne konkluderes det, at \u00f8jeblikke, hvor relationen oplevedes som hj\u00e6lpsom, var n\u00e5r relationen gav en f\u00f8lelse af lighed og samarbejde (11). <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Dog fremh\u00e6ves det ogs\u00e5 af patienterne, at kvaliteter i kontakten med den sundhedsprofessionelle hviler p\u00e5 baggrund af deres professionalitet og erfaring i faget (10), (11).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Kropslig sensitiv tilstedev\u00e6rensresonans<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Den resonante handling, som opst\u00e5et i et sk\u00f8nt \u00f8jeblik af et pludseligt, uventet og udefinerbart m\u00f8de med et \u2018mere\u2019, der skaber en etisk kalden for resonans, er ikke tydelig at afklare ud fra artiklernes empiri. Dette er, t\u00e6nker jeg, fordi der kan stilles sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5lstegn ved, hvorvidt patienten vil kunne erfare, at sygeplejerskens handling opst\u00e5r ud fra denne kalden. Eller m\u00e5ske fordi den bevidste handling, og den gerning der ligger deri, er af st\u00f8rre betydning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Den en anden form for resonans, p\u00e5 baggrund af en ubevidst handling, er af patienterne i artiklerne ytret betydningsfuldt. I afhandlingen g\u00e5r eksemplet p\u00e5 en sygeplejerske, der f\u00e5r at vide, at hendes beroligende \u00f8jne havde hjulpet en patient meget, under en ubehagelig intubering. Sygeplejersken her havde ikke selv aktivt t\u00e6nkt over at ville fremst\u00e5 som s\u00e5dan. I artiklerne er lignende erfaringer beskrevet (3). Nogle patienter i artiklerne deler, at en sundhedsprofessionel har haft noget over sig, som synes sv\u00e6rt at pege p\u00e5, hvad var, men som har haft en s\u00e6rlig betydning for dem. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">For nogle patienter var det noget kropsligt, som eksempelvis et udtryk i den sundhedsprofessionelles \u00f8jne, der fik patienten til at f\u00f8le sig v\u00e6rdsat. Andre beskriver det som noget ved deres kropslige udtryk, som denne patient formulerer det:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\"><em><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">\u201cHe understood what it was I had to say and I could. . . With him I found confidence and the strange charisma that he had, made me dare to look at my life and talk about it. I think he was the first person who ever listened to me and treated me with respect. I hadn\u2019t felt that before, even though I was then almost 40 years old\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\"> (11).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Man forst\u00e5r, at denne karisma ikke har v\u00e6ret til stede med den intention at have en s\u00e5dan indvirkning p\u00e5 patienten \u2013 det havde den bare. I forl\u00e6ngelse heraf kan det for nogle patienter f\u00f8les som et afslag, hvis det fornemmes, at den professionelle udstr\u00e5ler en afvisning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Konklusion<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Analysen viser, at der er dele af det, patienter ytrer som betydningsfuldt i relationen til de sundhedsprofessionelle, som \u00e6kvivalerer med de tre forhold, Herholt-Lomholdt beskriver som tilstedev\u00e6rende, n\u00e5r sygeplejersker har erfaret et sk\u00f8nt \u00f8jeblik. De beskrevne forhold er et led i at synligg\u00f8re, hvordan sygeplejersken kan orientere sin sygepleje mod en sensitiv og sk\u00f8nhedsorienteret tilgang. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det er ikke muligt at konkludere, at patienter har gjort sig disse indtryk, n\u00e5r en sygeplejerske har erfaret noget som et sk\u00f8nt \u00f8jeblik. Det ville kr\u00e6ve et indtryk fra de patienter, der var den deltagende part, da erfaringen opstod. Denne unders\u00f8gelse fremh\u00e6ver at det er relevant at unders\u00f8ge n\u00e6rmere, hvilken betydning en egentlig indf\u00f8rsel af en sensitiv tilgang ville kunne have \u2013 b\u00e5de for de sygeplejersker, der arbejder i psykiatrien, og for de patienter, der er indlagt i den.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">En diskussion om professionalisme og sensitiv tilgang<br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">I analysen af, hvad patienter i psykiatrien oplever som betydningsfuldt i m\u00f8det med sygeplejersken, er der et fremtr\u00e6dende svar der dukker op. Det er at blive set som menneske adskilt fra diagnosen og at f\u00f8le et ligev\u00e6rd med den sundhedsprofessionelle, n\u00e5r den sundhedsprofessionelle synes mere som et medmenneske, end som en professionel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Forholdet mellem professionalitet og medmenneske, diskuterer Herholdt Lumholdt selv (12). Hun Inddrager den norske sygeplejeforsker og filosof Kari Martinsen som mener, at faglige og praktiske overvejelser og beslutninger i sidste ende m\u00e5 trumfe den barmhjertige tilgang. At den sundheds-professionelles deltagelse i det f\u00e6lles sensitive, i forst\u00e5else af at blive ber\u00f8rt, ville v\u00e6re \u201ch\u00e6mningsl\u00f8st f\u00f8leri\u201d. <\/span><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Her er Herholdt-Lumholdts pointe, at der kan opst\u00e5 \u00f8jeblikke, hvor det professionelle kommer til korte, og det f\u00e6lles sensitive er det, der skal have plads (12).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Det f\u00e6lles sensitive som modpol til professionalisme argumenterer pr\u00e6st og gestaltterapeut Bent Falk ogs\u00e5 imod. Samtaler kan for den professionelle f\u00f8les sv\u00e6re, fordi man overfor den eksistentielt lidende ikke ved, hvad man skal sige eller g\u00f8re. Man vil p\u00e5 forskellig vis fors\u00f8ge at undg\u00e5 det, eller m\u00e5ske fors\u00f8ge at fjerne patientens eksistentielle angst, fordi man ikke selv kan udholde at v\u00e6re i den. Han mener, at hvis man fort\u00e6ller patienten om den \u2019begr\u00e6nsethed\u2019 man oplever, eller de f\u00f8lelser, man deler med dem, s\u00e5som vrede over meningsl\u00f8sheden i den lidelse, patienten er i, nedl\u00e6gger man billedet af sig selv som gr\u00e6nsel\u00f8s, og blotl\u00e6gger en \u2018tillidsskabende \u00e6rlighed\u2019 (13).<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"cvGsUA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"OYPEnA font-feature-liga-off font-feature-clig-off font-feature-calt-off text-decoration-none text-strikethrough-none\">Derimod er der ogs\u00e5 patienter, der ytrer v\u00e6rdi i den \u201cprofessionelle sygeplejerske\u201d, hvor det er trygt at blive guidet i samtalen, og som fremst\u00e5r med erfaring og viden. If\u00f8lge den finske professor og sygeplejeteoretiker Katie Eriksson er den lidelsestilstand, der kan opst\u00e5 med sygdom, afhj\u00e6lpes i et \u201clidelsens drama\u201d. Her er rollerne adskilte i \u201cpatient\u201d og \u201csygeplejerske\u201d: patienten oplever lidelse og beh\u00f8ver en akt\u00f8r til at udspille sit \u201clidelsens drama\u201d og sygeplejersken tilbyder sig som akt\u00f8r for at afhj\u00e6lpe lidelsen.
